Word of Life Church of Sumter is a new church plant that God has placed in the heart of Sumter, SC. God has commissioned us to go into the world and teach and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost. It is our number one priority to display the love, grace, and mercy of Jesus to all the we come in contact with, as we lead them to salvation in Him. We endeavor to reach as many as we can, teach the salvation message of Jesus Christ, and lead to the Kingdom of Heaven.

WHAT WE BELIEVE?

We believe Christ's teaching to his apostles concerning the plan of salvation, that in order to inherit the Kingdom of Heaven, one must be born again of the water, and of the Spirit, as written in John 3:3-5. And that Acts 2:38 "Then Peter said unto them, Repent and be baptized everyone of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, for the remission of sin, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost," is the fulfillment of John 3:3-5. We also believe that one must live a life, holy and acceptable unto God, which is our reasonable service. Romans 12:1
